I am based right below Mt Ruapehu in a small village near Ohakune, called Rangataua.
Where do your products come from?
I personally source small runs or one off fabrics, cut, and sew each and every item in my workshop at home.

Do you provide exchanges?
Yes, provided the item being exchanged is returned in the same condition as received, within 14 days. Shipping costs for returning and receiving will be at your own expense. If there is a price difference for the exhanged product, adjust the payment or a refund will be issued accordingly.
Do you provide returns?
A return is accepted if the product is faulty. Returned items will be offered to be repaired first due to the often one-off nature of the products. If there is enough stock or fabric to replace the product that will be offered second. A refund of the item (excluding shipping) may be offered depending on the nature of the fault.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped once payment has cleared. You will receive shipping notication via email once your order has been sent.
